USER AGREEMENT
1. Parties
a) On the one hand, MARDİNİ KOZMETİK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, located at the address " Orhan Gazi Mahallesi Mimsan Sanayi Sitesi 1720. Sk. No:4 Esenyurt/İstanbul", which carries out the activities of the website www.mardinikozmetik.com, will be referred to as "MARDINI KOZMETIK" ).
b) On the other side www.mardinikozmetik.com Internet user who is a member of the website (hereinafter referred to as "Website".) ( Referred to as "User" in the continuation of the Agreement .)
2.Contract Subject
The subject of this agreement is to determine the terms and obligations of the User regarding the use of the Website belonging to MARDINI KOZMETIK.
3.Terms of Use
3.1. Persons under the age of 18 cannot legally shop on the Website. By logging into the site and/or becoming a member, people declare and accept that they are over 18 years of age.

3.3. 3.10. MARDINI KOZMETIK has no liability for any interruption, deletion, loss, delay in the transaction, infection with a computer virus, unauthorized entry into records, theft, alteration or use of records, regardless of the reason.
3.11. The processing date for money transfer/EFT orders is not the date the order is placed, but the date on which the payment is seen to reach our bank accounts.
3.12. For Money Order/EFT orders, orders whose payment is not made within 1 week and which are not notified to www.mardinikozmetik.com that the transaction has been completed by clicking on the "I made Money Transfer/EFT" button will be cancelled.
3.13. MARDINI KOZMETIK, www.mardinikozmetik.com It does not keep stock of all the products it offers for sale on its website. Ordered products are produced when deemed necessary. However, for various reasons, it may not be possible to produce ordered products that are not in stock. In this case, the person who placed the order will be informed via e-mail or phone and the entire amount received for the product will be refunded to the credit card if the order was placed using a credit card, or to the bank account if the order was placed via wire transfer/EFT.
3.14. If it is detected that inaccurate, incomplete and misleading information and statements that are contrary to general morality, public order and the legal rules of the Republic of Turkey have been entered into our site, that activities that threaten the security of the site and the operating system have been undertaken, that the information in the site content has been attempted to be changed or deleted, and similar situations. The user's right to access our site may be blocked. MARDINI KOZMETIK reserves all legal rights, including the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, regarding persons and institutions involved in such activities.
3.15. The user does not have the right to share information such as username and password with third parties and organizations, or to access and use the information of other users. The user is responsible for any damages arising from the user's non-compliance with this. Any legal/administrative/criminal liability arising from such use will belong to the user.
4.Liabilities
4.1. While using MARDINI KOZMETIK COSMETICS regarding the services it offers and all legal regulations, especially the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Code of Obligations, Turkish Civil Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Trademark and Patent Legislation. declares, accepts and undertakes that in case of improper use, all legal, criminal and administrative responsibilities will belong to the user.
4.2. The user cannot use the website for any illegal purpose that is against general morality, intended to disrupt public order, or disturb others.
4.3 MARDINI KOZMETIK, the user's 4.1. 4.5. The User who wants to cancel his membership will be able to cancel his membership through the site. If the user wants to cancel his membership, he can cancel his membership through the site. If the membership is cancelled, the user's authority to access the site will be removed.
4.6. It is the user's sole responsibility to preserve all correspondence made by the user with MARDINI KOZMETIK. MARDINI KOZMETIK cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for the deletion and/or loss of these correspondences.
4.7. If the user terminates his account, MARDINI KOZMETIK reserves the right to delete account-related information. In this case, the user has no right to demand rights or compensation from MARDINI KOZMETIK under any circumstances.
4.8. The user's relationship with other users is entirely his responsibility, and the user cannot engage in activities ( spam , virus , trojan horse, etc.) or actions that prevent/make it difficult for other users and/or those who use the site without being a member to use the site. Otherwise, MARDINI KOZMETIK has the right to terminate the user account and demand compensation for any damages incurred or to be incurred, although the right to file a criminal complaint and to disclose the user's identity information in case of an investigation request from the official authorities is reserved.
4.9. MARDINI KOZMETIK does not ensure that its website is free of viruses, etc. Although precautions have been taken to ensure that it does not contain software, users are required to procure a virus protection program to ensure ultimate protection. When the user enters the website, the user is responsible for all damages that may occur in his/her software and operating systems.
4.10. MARDINI KOZMETIK reserves the right to unilaterally make changes to the provisions of this agreement without notice, to permanently/temporarily suspend the services provided to Users, and to change its content. MARDINI KOZMETIK will publish the current situation on the site if it makes any changes in the specified matters. Current terms of use will become applicable once they are published on the website.
4.11. MARDINI KOZMETIK will be able to disclose the user's personal information within the framework of honesty when requested as a legal obligation, when necessary to act in accordance with legal requirements and/or to protect and defend the rights and property of MARDINI KOZMETIK.
4.12. The ideas and opinions expressed and used by Users on the website are entirely the personal opinions of the Users and are binding on the owner of the opinion. MARDINI KOZMETIK has no liability for any damages that third parties may incur due to the ideas and opinions expressed by the User, or for any damages that the User may incur due to the ideas and opinions expressed by third parties.
4.13. If the user's activity contrary to the provisions of this contract is detected, the user's contract may be terminated unilaterally by MARDINI KOZMETIK without notice.
4.14. The parties accept and declare that all computer records belonging to MARDINI KOZMETIK will be taken as the sole and real exclusive evidence in accordance with the legislation and that the said records constitute an evidence contract.
5.Effectiveness
By completing and approving this registration form or receiving services or placing an order using this site, the User is deemed to have declared, accepted and undertaken to comply with this agreement. The contract may be terminated unilaterally by MARDINI KOZMETIK without the need for any warning, upon termination of membership or any of the termination situations listed in this contract.
6. Competent Court
Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes that may arise from the implementation of this agreement.
7.Notification
7.1. The e-mail address provided by the user to MARDINI KOZMETIK is considered as the e-mail address where the legal address will be requested for any notifications regarding this agreement. Any notification made to the User using this e-mail address is deemed to be received by the User 1 day after the mail is sent.
7.2. The parties agree that requests made to old e-mails will be valid and will be deemed to have been made to them, unless they notify the other party in writing of the changes in their current e-mails within 5 (five) days.
The User declares, accepts and undertakes that he/she has read, understood and accepted all of the articles in this agreement and confirms the accuracy of the information provided about him/her, and that he/she consents to all commercial content sent to him/her after this approval.
