REFUND POLICY

MARDİNİ KOZMETİK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“MARDINI KOZMETIK”) If you have a cancellation or refund request for your order, you can send it to us by e-mail to info@mardinikozmetik.com with your order number .

Cancellation/Transfer Conditions:

1. If there is a defect in the product, stating the reasons for the return, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the goods.

2. In case of damaged package during delivery; Damaged packages should not be accepted and a report should be submitted to the Cargo Company representative. If the authorized person is of the opinion that the package is not damaged, the buyer has the right to open the package and check that the products have been delivered undamaged. If the package is not accepted and a report is kept, the Buyer reserves the right to return or exchange it within 14 days, along with the remaining copy of the report.
