DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT
You are deemed to have accepted the following conditions with your order from MARDİNİ KOZMETİK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“MARDINİ KOZMETIK”) .
This statement includes the Usage, Cancellation, Order and Payment and Privacy policy of www.mardinikozmetik.com products.
Date of contract:
In line with the process on the seller's website and the buyer's transactions; The date on which the order record is created will be deemed valid as the contract date.
Order and payment:
1. Your personal information and data collected for ordering are shared with third parties in accordance with the information forms and your explicit consent, otherwise they are not shared.
2. You will receive email for confirmation when you place an order. When you receive this e-mail, it is your responsibility to check the order, delivery date and address, and if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, call MARDINI KOZMETIK and confirm the order.
3. Our prices may change the contract and its contents without prior notice. In any case, additional payment cannot be requested for orders that have been paid and the purchase process has been completed.
4. Delivery is made by national cargo companies or express cargo. Your invoice will be sent to your e-mail address as an e-archive.
Shipment/Delivery Procedure Shipment:
Once the order confirmation e-mail is sent, it is sent to the buyer within a maximum of three business days via the seller's contracted cargo company.
Delivery:
The product(s) will be delivered to the buyer's address by cargo agreed upon by the seller.
1. If the product is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the Buyer, the seller is not responsible for extra shipping costs that may arise from the person/organization to be delivered not accepting the delivery, inaccuracy in the shipping information and/or the absence of the Buyer.
If the product(s) have not reached the customer within the specified days, delivery problems must be reported to customer services immediately using the e-mail address info@mardinikozmetik.com
2. MARDINI KOZMETIK notifies you of all arrangements made via e-mail. Transactions for which confirmation information has not been received are your responsibility. After the arrangements made in the system are sent to you via e-mail, it is your responsibility to check this e-mail and request corrections if there is an error.
Cancellation/Transfer Conditions:
1. If there is a defect in the product, stating the reasons for the return, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the goods.
2. In case of damaged package during delivery; Damaged packages should not be accepted and a report should be submitted to the Cargo Company representative. If the authorized person is of the opinion that the package is not damaged, the buyer has the right to open the package and check that the products have been delivered undamaged. If the package is not accepted and a report is kept, the Buyer reserves the right to return or exchange it within 14 days, along with the remaining copy of the report.
